Modules are usually delivered as half-days, spaced two to four weeks apart, so managers can try something with their team between sessions and come back to talk about what happened. In my experience that is what makes the learning stick. However, the programmes can also be condensed into full-day sessions.

All include the scoping conversation, up to two days of tailoring and design, and all materials. Larger cohorts quoted on request.
